Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your trust in us and value your business. However, if you need to cancel your booking, the following terms will apply:

1. Advance Notice for Refund Eligibility

- If you cancel your booking at least 10 days before the scheduled event, you will receive a 75% refund of your total booking amount.

- Cancellations made within 10 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund. This is due to prior arrangements, vendor commitments, and logistical preparations already in place.

2. Process for Requesting Cancellation

- To initiate a cancellation request, please contact our customer support team via email or phone with your booking details.

- You must provide a valid reason for cancellation along with necessary documentation (if applicable).

- Once we receive your request, our team will process it within 3 business days and confirm the status of your refund.

3. Refund Timeline

- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during booking.

- Any transaction fees or processing charges imposed by banks/payment gateways may be deducted from the refund amount.

Exceptions & Special Cases

While we have a standard cancellation policy, there may be certain exceptions based on unforeseen circumstances. These include:

- Medical Emergencies: If you need to cancel due to an unforeseen medical emergency, we may offer an exceptional refund or credit for a future event. Supporting medical documents may be required.

- Natural Disasters & Government Restrictions: If the event is impacted due to a natural disaster, pandemic-related restrictions, or government-imposed bans, we may offer a rescheduling option or partial refund based on the specific situation.

- Force Majeure: Events beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, political unrest, or acts of God, may require modifications to the cancellation and refund policy on a case-by-case basis.

No-Show Policy

- If you fail to attend 30 minutes before the event starts without prior notice, your booking will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be provided.

- No-shows result in complete forfeiture of the booking amount as our team and vendors would have made all necessary arrangements for your participation.
